DIANA MALUMBE

She is an award winning and a founder of WLF. She is a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and aquaculture and Masters in project planning management. Diana is a global sustainability leader certified by United people global and a YALI RLC alumni, trained and certified in business and entrepreneurship development track. 
On other hand, trained and certified in masters of business in the streets by Interweave Solution. Diana is a climate activist and an SDG advocate and a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in credit and banking services. However, her true passion lies in driving positive change through sustainable projects that address the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 
With a focus on eradicating poverty and hunger, Diana empowers women as a key driver of change, recognizing their critical role in building resilient communities. Through her initiatives at Women's Liberation Foundation, she strives to create a better world for all, tackling climate change, preserving both fresh water and marine life, and fostering a more equitable and just society.
By uplifting women, Diana aims to break the cycle of poverty and hunger, leaving a lasting legacy of hope and sustainability."

Penelope Mtambo Kalaba

Co-founder WLF| Visionary Leader | Human Rights Advocate | Writer | Editor | Clinical Neurologist | Educator | Counsellor | Foster Caregiver/Parent.
Penelope Mtambo Kalaba is a multifaceted professional dedicated to creating positive change. As the co-founder of the Women's Liberation Foundation, she advocates for human rights and social justice, empowering women and individuals to break free from abusive situations.
With expertise in mental health and clinical Psychology, Penelope crafts compelling narratives as a writer and editor, inspiring and mobilizing change. Her research and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) expertise support individuals in overcoming mental health challenges.
As an educator, Penelope fosters growth and development in future generations. Additionally, she provides loving care and support as a foster caregiver/parent, creating a safe haven for vulnerable children. Her counselling practice offers guidance and support to those navigating life's challenges.
Currently, Penelope leads groups of young people in sustainable projects

Our services include career training, mentoring, and networking events designed to help women achieve their personal and professional goals. By creating a supportive community, we strive to break down barriers and create a brighter future for women everywhere.
